在身患“渐冻人症”的城市速写画家马赛克（王祖蓝 饰）眼中，人和物都在“渐冻”，他需要在病情彻底恶化前收集一些快乐的回忆，自小暗恋小学同学神仙鱼（蔡卓妍 饰）的他终于拿出勇气，提出一个遗愿：“给我一天，当我的女朋友，可以吗？”
